Compare various locations for ambience and general amenity;
Compare site costs, building or factory lease costs, and costs for energy and freight;
Ensure there are adequate suitable employees living within traveling distance from the preferred location or site;
Ensure sites have safe vehicular access and that there is sufficient space for on-site parking;
Ensure all services required – electricity, water, gas, telecommunications, waste disposal – are available for connection and are adequate for immediate and future demands; and
Find out about local council charges, contributions towards infrastructure maintenance and other requirements.
